Hi there! Valentines Day is quickly approaching and I know rabbits are common surprises/gifts. Yet not many realize the amount of work and care they need. Some get them and realize they just aren't rabbit people, or they're forced to move and can't take their bunnies and that's ok! We will take them in with NO judgment.
We have raised rabbits for 12+ years and I am a 3rd generation rabbit raiser. We have shown many breeds over the years in 4-H, FFA, County Fairs, and ARBA (American Rabbit Breeders Association) conventions. Rabbit care is something I am very familiar with!
We only ask that the rabbit/s are healthy and that you are honest with us when we ask questions about the rabbit/s. This helps us to be better prepared when bringing him/her into our home.
Keep in mind that we do have limited availability of personal cage/hutch space. If our personal spaces are full, we will not be able to take extra bunnies unless they come with their cage.
NOTE: We do not keep all of these bunnies forever. We basically foster and care for them until we can find the perfect home!
We also do not pay to take in bunnies. If you are in serious need of help placing them, money should not be a priority over their health and wellbeing.
We are in the outskirts of Streator. Will drive up to 1 hour to take in a bunny. You are welcome to meet us somewhere if you are coming from far away!
